This fall I went to the gym regularly after years of absence.
The last couple of years I've exercised at home along DVD, but until I returned to the gym, I remembered how good it is.
The first two weeks is difficult until you gain strength and condition, and after is the pure love.
Last month I've been away forced because of obligations that have taken me away the strength and energy.
Next week I intend to return to healthy eating habits and exercise in the gym, so I decided this week to slowly prepare at home.
